MidAmerica’02 Fest 17 – April 27-29 – 2017

Eureka Springs, Arkansas

April 27-29, 2017 will be the 17th gathering of our fine automobiels.

For the first time attendees, this is how our MidAmerica 02’Fest works:

MARCH:
Here on the website, we will pre-order shirts, hats, etc. for pickup at the fest.
Items pre-ordered, the payment is due at the fest when you arrive.
First come first served, we have almost always sold all out of the items.
APRIL:
Thursday evening – April 27th with registration. A “meet and greet” will follow, where we will try to ruin you blood sugar balance. We have wash facilities available to clean your car also in the hotel parking lot.

Friday – features tech sessions and a drive through the Ozark countryside. We have added a new feature for MidAm 17. Terry Sayther Automotive will sponsor Friday’s evening meal for all attending. Deb and Terry have been great supporters of the event for many years, and asked to do something or that would add to our meet. Friday dinner will come from local Eureka Springs Bubba’s BBQ. In addition to a great meal it gives us another opportunity to all be together and visit with old and new friends.

Saturday – tech, car show, new twist on the tech quiz, dinner prepared by some of the mid south’s’ most accomplished outdoor chefs, door prize raffle, awards. The Saturday evening picnic has been a fixture of MidAm for several years. Burgers and brats are prepared by the Hiddles and their crew. Supplies are provided by the Stricklands, Tyson Foods, and Blunt Tech.
