This year’s event has been moved from April to September due to COVID-19.
- The hotel is now fully blocked just for the Fest in September. Booking reservations online will not show any rooms available, so you must call the hotel.
- Until February 12th, their hotel hours are limited to 9AM-3PM CST Monday through Friday.
- Reservations can be made via e-mail – [email protected]
- If you call after hours leave a voice mail and they will call you back to confirm your reservation.
- If you have an reservation for the original date in April, you must call and cancel that reservation and make a new one for the September date.
