FEST REGISTRATION PROCESS

IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIMER, PLEASE READ: 

Our entire Event, Dinner on Friday Night BBQ and Saturday Night is free 

  • Costs for this event are offset as a result of selling shirts, caps, and other merchandise
  • PRE-ORDERS for merchandise are closed for 2018. Limited supplies exist at the Fest and we sell out fast!
  • Please support the spirit of our event remaining free by helping out if you can

ON-LINE REGISTRATION USING OUR FEST STORE

Please read the following instructions to get you registered.

SO, at minimum #1,#2 and #3 (All Free) and should be in every registration order

STEP BY STEP… HERE GOES.. READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE YOU START

  1. Visit the Registration page and add 3 items to your cart, Registration, Friday Dinner and Saturday Dinner
    • Assuming you are eating BBQ Dinner Friday evening, you need to have at least 1 Friday BBQ ticket added for each member of your party
    • Assuming you are eating Dinner Saturday evening, you need to have at least 1 Saturday Night ticket added for each member of your party
  2. When you have added those 3, view your shopping cart – should look like this example:

  • Finally, choose checkout as “Guest”
    • Complete the information form – Cell phone is important to provide as we may need to contact you.
  • After you check out Site registration is optional but not required…
    • Await your email with order information. Let us know if you see a problem right away!
